Villa Sleeps6Bedrooms3Bathrooms3Minimum Stay2 nightsThe villa is set on the edge of the village of Dogankoy, making its position perfect for exploring the island. Only 1 mile to Girne (Kyrenia). A large supermarket is about a 5 minute walk. The villa boasts fantastic views of the mountains. It is in a small cul-de-sac, consisting of 7 villas, a peaceful location but near enough to town to meet all your needs. Villa Mumbet completed in Feb 2005 & furnished to the highest standards. It is a 3-bed villa with two dbl bedrooms & the 3rd bedroom has two single beds. The main bedroom has a ensuite bathroom & there is a family bathroom. There is also a downstairs shower room. ALL BEDROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. The pool is particularly suitable for young children and non swimmers and pool towels are provided to enable you to cut down on that bulky luggage. Air conditioning in all bedrooms, water cooler in the kitchen. To the side is a large covered area with dining tables& chairs, traditional benches to give additional room for Alfreso dining.
BEDROOMS: ALL bedrooms have AIR CONDITIONING UNITS and their own balconies. One double and the 2 single bedrooms have hand made wooden beds crafted in the traditional Cypriot way. All have fully fitted wardrobes with plenty of hanging space with coat hangers provided. Bedside table and lights in each room. Hairdryers provided. Good quality linen used. Pretty voile curtains and blackouts are use in all the bedrooms. Two pillows on single beds and four on the doubles, no need to ask for extra as there are even more in the wardrobes. Blankets and quilts provided for the cooler months. Don't like using Air Con then feel free to use the free standing fans provided.
BATHROOM: One Bathroom is en-suite to the main double bedroom. Water is pumped to all bathrooms by pressure pumps so NO TRICKLES here! There is a family bathroom with full size bath incorporating a safety rail, giving ease of entry in and out of the bath. It has a full size bath screen. There is a downstairs toilet with shower tray. All bathrooms have Good quality sanitary ware and are fully tiled. There is also an outside shower to wash off all that lotion keeping the pool clean or just to cool you down if you do not want to have a swim. Sufficient Bath and Hand towels are provided and floor towels, all changed on a weekly basis. Pool towels are also provided.
SPECIAL EVENTS, Weddings, that special birthday and you want all your family and friends to be near you. Villa Mumbet is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac were 3 other villa are also available for rent.
