In mountain foothills, our villa is on the outskirts of Bellapais, near Kyrenia, and so a hire car is recommended. The villa is a 10 minute walk from Ozankoy, a typical Turkish Cypriot village with several restaurants and a small local mini-market. Our recommended car hire company offers hire car pick up and return at Ercan Airport in the North, or discounted transfers from Larnaca & Paphos in the South. They are a respected local company who offer a 24/7 contact. Please ask for more details.
There are stunning views from three patios and a balcony - enjoy gazing at the blue Mediterranean or the majestic mountain backdrop. Girne (Kyrenia) town centre is 10 minutes by car, a supermarket and a petrol station are within 7 minutes; small mini-markets, bars, cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total rental charge is payable on booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your departure.
Please note - we ask for a 'Good Housekeeping' Bond of £100 per week, payable with the balance of the rental payment. This will be refunded within 7 days of your return, less any costs we incur for breakages, additional call-outs (e.g. locked out of safe, locked out of villa), or excessive electricity usage. Due to the extremely high cost of electricity in North Cyprus we have to apply an electricity surcharge. A weekly units allowance of 200 (1 or 2 guests), 225 (3 or 4) or 250 (5 or 6) is included in the rental cost. Usage above the allowance is charged at £0.30 per unit and is deducted from the Bond.
Our Property Manager will read the meter at the start and end of your visit. Should you wish to check for yourselves, the meter is outside the front door, round the corner, on the wall, behind the black cover.
Cancellation charges are as follows:
More than 8 weeks - deposit
57 to 29 days - 50% of total cost
28 days or less - 100% of total cost
