The villa is only 300m away from the sea and built on a small hill, so the view is fantastic.
A 100 meters private road drives you to the villa. At the end there is a stone plaza with a stone fountain. Here there is a parking area.
A few stone steps lead to another stone plaza and a small garden lies across this plaza. At the end of this plaza there is a lawned garden that leads to the pool area. In the middle of this stone square there is the main entrance of the villa. On the entrance of the villa there is a small hall leading from the left to a twin bedroom and to a shower. In the middle there is a comfortable sitting room with satellite Tv and from the right to the main kitchen. The large kitchen is well fitted with wooden units and has dishwasher, microwave . A washing machine is also located in the utility room.
From the sitting area as well from the kitchen and the hall, balcony doors lead to a very big veranda. Some steps take you down to the pools square. The pools dimensions are 10m x 5m ( depth 1m-2m ). On this square there is also a barbecue and a summer house. Four flore scents given a green touch to the pool square. On the right of the main entrance a beautiful staircase leads to the first floor. Climbing the stairs you find your self in a small kitchen area. This area leads to the three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a twin bedroom with en suite a shower, the second is the master bedroom with a five feets double bed with en suite shower +jacuzzi. The third bedroom is also a five feets double bed with en suite bathroom.
