Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic, the property has off-road parking. At the front of the house is a seating area, located among a beautiful array of flowers, pot plants and bushes. The imposing double door main entrance gives an impressive feel to the property, with a small side gate leading to the rear garden and pool area. The property is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in every room.
When you go through the large entrance you are presented with a luxurious open plan lounge/diner and bar, with featured columns and a beautiful selection of mirrors, lights, plants and accessories. You will simply love the light that comes from not only the patio doors but from the large ground and first floor windows, taking advantage of the double ceiling height. This is a stunning area in which to enjoy your dining experience. The elaborate dining chairs sit around a wooden table with a chandelier above, giving a soft ambiance. Two wicker seats are provided for those who just wish to lounge about, and take in the breathtaking scenery. A wooden, glass topped bar with cream leather bar stools means you never have to go far to enjoy your favourite drink. There is also a convenient w/c with mirror.
The modern kitchen with cream cupboards, black granite work tops and silver appliances continues the feeling of luxury. A large double oven and gas hob takes centre stage, with a large American fridge freezer and smaller electrical appliances easy to hand. A utility room to the side hides the other “must have” appliances and a breakfast bar island with two stools is perfect for informal dining. Patio doors lead out to the rear pool area.
The lounge area has more patio doors with panoramic sea views and is ideal for total relaxation. Two cream leather sofas and large coffee table sit in an area dominated by a beautiful red and gold feature wall with a modern fire place, sitting above a lovely pebble feature. Choose whether to watch the satellite TV with DVD player (please bring your own DVDs) or listen to some music on your iPod. A docking station is provided.
Step outside any of the three sets of patio doors into the rear, tranquil garden and pool area, it is just amazing. Dotted around the area are large pot plants, palm trees and a conifer bordered garden. Sit back and relax on any of the wicker chairs, rattan sofa, rattan chairs or benches. Alternatively you can swing your cares away on the hammock. The large overflow pool with Roman steps keeps you cool during the long hot sunny days. Or why not lay on the sunbeds underneath any of the three static thatched shades. There is an outside kitchen area and seating around a large stone table, again shaded, but this time by two very large umbrellas on wheeled bases. The outside amenities are completed by an outside shower and gas BBQ.
Stairs, with ornate iron hand rails lead to the first floor gallery landing with more stunning views. There are three visually attractive bedrooms, two doubles, one twin and a master bathroom.
The first double bedroom, decorated in cream and aqua, gives a light and airy feeling with a double divan bed, wicker bedside units, bedside lamps and fitted wardrobes. This room benefits from an en-suite shower room with w/c, hand basin, mirror and storage, as well as a TV, Wii console and DVD player (please bring your own DVDs). Proceed through the patio doors and take a seat on the balcony furniture provided and enjoy the beautiful views, of the pool and far beyond at your leisure.
The stunning Versace bathroom has a large walk in shower, twin sinks, three large mirrors, plenty of storage and is accentuated with red accessories.
The twin bedroom is located to the front of the property and has a chest of drawers, fitted wardrobes, bedside light and a mirror.
The final bedroom has a large double divan bed with dark wooden drawers, bedside lamps and fitted wardrobes. Double patio doors take you onto your own balcony, with a seating area, overlooking the rear of the property.
