A stunning villa on a corner plot with spectacular sea views and just moments away from the beach, what more could you want? It is next door to another property that we have on the complex, so gathering for family occasions can be easy to arrange. (Please see villa 165).
Walk through the double doors and you will be instantly captivated by the central staircase in the middle of the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. You will then notice how the light streams through the whole area from the windows and patio doors on both sides of the room. Enjoy the way the bright coloured canvasses and accessories contrast with the dark wood furnishings and then you are ready to unpack and take real pleasure in the rest of the property.
The delightfully funky, chipped effect marble work surfaces add to the beautifully finished kitchen, well equipped with integrated appliances, which overlooks the pool and patio area.
Make your way outside to the sparkling swimming pool which lies in the middle of a good sized patio area which is a haven to relax in whilst enjoying the sea views. Or perhaps take advantage of the gorgeous weather and eat al fresco.
You will also be impressed with what the first floor has to offer. The dark wood theme continues throughout the bedrooms, but they do not feel dark as the Cypriot sunshine shines brightly through the large windows and patio doors. All three bedrooms lead out onto a balcony with stunning sea views. The master double bedroom also has its own ensuite shower room, which has been beautifully tiled to the same high standard as the family bathroom.
