A stunning villa on a corner plot with spectacular sea views and just moments away from the beach, what more could you want? It is next door to another property that we have on the complex, so gathering for family occasions can be easy to arrange. (Please see villa 166).
Step through the front door by the pool and you will be instantly drawn to the bright colourful canvasses which contrast superbly with the dark wooden furnishings. You will then notice how the light streams through the whole area from the windows and patio doors.
This beautiful villa has four large, smart bedrooms with one of the double rooms being on the ground floor with access to a ground floor bathroom.
The delightfully funky, chipped effect marble work surfaces add to the beautifully finished kitchen, well equipped with all the necessary appliances, which overlooks the pool and patio area.
Outside the sparkling kidney shaped swimming pool which lies in the middle of the patio is a haven to relax in whilst enjoying the sea views. Or perhaps take advantage of the gorgeous weather and eat al fresco. A shaded area to the side of the villa offers respite from the glorious weather.
You will also be impressed with what the first floor has to offer. The dark wood theme continues throughout the bedrooms, but they do not feel dark as the Cypriot sunshine shines brightly through the large windows and patio doors. All three bedrooms lead out onto a balcony with stunning sea views. The master double bedroom also has its own ensuite shower room, which has been beautifully tiled to the same high standard as the family bathroom.
