When you first arrive at the villa a beautiful sea view will be there to greet you. Then, turning your attention to the property, fruit trees will be the first things you notice. Look past the trees and you will notice that the pool area is fenced off and completely private; lovely and secluded for a peaceful relaxing holiday.
Step through the front door and you will be immediately struck by the lovely dark wooden furniture which is beautifully contrasted by the burnt orange accessories and pictures on the walls. A downstairs shower room is as beautifully tiled as the family bathroom upstairs and just as high a standard. You may not want to spend any time indoors but if you do, a TV and DVD player (please bring your own DVDs) are supplied for your entertainment, whilst relaxing on the large corner sofa.
Otherwise, meander onto the patio area which is ideal for al fresco dining as shade has been provided. Once outside you will find it hard to resist the crystal clear swimming pool as you take some time to cool off from enjoying the gorgeous Cyprus sunshine.
The high standard of furnishings continue to the first floor, where each of the three bedrooms is individually colour co-ordinated right down to the glass tops on the dressing tables, which really brings the rooms together. These are finished off by the high quality curtains that bring that extra feel of luxury to the villa. All of the bedrooms are a lovely size and all have access to a balcony where the stunning sea views will impress you.
A beautiful, spacious property in a great location as Marlita beach is just a short stroll from the villa. There is also a small water park just a short walk away, which is suitable for younger children. A leisurely walk along the coastline on the brand new boardwalk, from Pernera to Protaras, is a must, taking in the breathtaking views of the crystal clear waters.
