The open plan living area with polished tiles and soft natural furnishings gives the whole interior a lovely feeling of space. Through the large front door, you are instantly drawn to the striking antique mirror and cabinet, the solid, traditional, high quality furniture continues throughout the property. There is ample room for everyone to unwind on the cream leather sofas.
The lounge flows into the dining area with a large wooden table and 8 chairs. The patio doors offer amazing sea views and lead onto the raised patio area.
As you move through into the kitchen area you are yet again greeted by wonderful views the ideal place to prepare your evening meals ready for the BBQ. The impressively large, air-conditioned kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and water dispenser. A separate utility room, located just off the kitchen, houses a washing machine and offers even more work space.
This villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is a double, situated on the ground floor. The shower room is down three steps and has a window, WC and hand basin.
When you step outside you will instantly get lost in the amazing sea views before you, the sound of rolling waves, tweeting birds and rustling leaves takes you to a world of tranquility and relaxation. The large patio area features a crystal clear swimming pool, the best place to cool off on those hot summers days.
