Yet only a few minutes drive and you are in the trendy resort of Protaras’ main strip. One of our in-house interior designers has furnished the villa throughout, giving it a luxurious feel with its modern white furnishings, clean décor living room, white leather beds and crisp white linen. Three of the bedrooms have the advantage of its own en-suite and wall mounted plasma TV. In the warm evenings, you can enjoy the sophisticated lounge seating on the roof top terrace, which offers beautiful sea views. It is simply a fantastic way to watch the sun go down. We are convinced the children will love this villa with its own full Internet access, iPod docking station, table tennis table and playstation 2 (please bring your own games). From our experience, this villa has been equipped to make sure our clients have a homely and comfortable stay and revisit each year. This property is perfect for wedding parties or large families as we have multiple villas on the same complex.
The garden area with ample seating and sun loungers for all is completely fenced for privacy. Patio doors to the front property lead onto the front patio and seating area, the perfect place to enjoy a coffee under the morning sunshine. The patio and garden areas lead into your own sparkling clear pool for a refreshing swim. Off road parking, a gas BBQ complete, table tennis and an outdoor shower complete your outdoor living.
The lounge and dining areas have a modern homey feel with comfortable cream leather sofas complimented with Modern white coffee table and TV unit. Flat screen TV, coffee table, vases, candles and canvases make this villa feel like a home from home. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen with electric oven/hob and dishwasher has everything you need to prepare your breakfast lunch or evening meal as you gaze out of the kitchen window and watch the children splashing around in the pool. Dine indoors at a trendy tall glass breakfast bar type table with two bar stools or al fresco around the pool area on the rattan furniture. Or why not take a snack on the roof top terrace, taking in the breathtaking views of the beautiful Mediterranean.
Also located on the ground floor is a double bedroom. There is a large vanity Mirror with stool and plug sockets and a wall mounted flat screen TV for your entertainment. Bedside cabinets, lamps and plenty of wardrobe space complete the look. There is an additional separate w/c located on the ground floor with vanity mirror and hand basin.
The marble staircase, complete with handrail, leads onto the 1st floor where there are three spacious bedrooms with bedside cabinets, lamps, flat screen wall mounted TVs and plenty of wardrobe space. The large master bedroom has patio doors and a balcony to the front of the property. The 1st twin bedroom has windows and blinds which overlook the garden and pool area. The 2nd twin bedroom has a window to the side of the property with blinds.
The marble staircase continues to the 2nd floor, which leads onto the stunning roof top terrace, where you can relax day or night on the cozy rattan lounge style furniture. There is outdoor lighting and a plug socket for your use.
