The owners have paid great attention in both looks and comfort to ensure a homely and comfortable stay. The villa has tasteful modern yet elegant décor throughout and no expense has been spared in creating a beautiful holiday home. Located a short walk from the centre of Protaras, and with five other Oceanview managed properties on the same complex, it is ideal for wedding parties.
A gated and fully fenced property, this villa has private off road parking. You can’t help but notice that the beautiful pool and patio area are at the side of the property. A stone border, with colourful shrubs welcomes you to the villa’s entrance.
Inside is a lounge/dining area which leads into the kitchen. Two very comfortable sofas, with colourful pink cushions, surround the glass and wood coffee table and a tall lamp stands in the corner. In the opposite corner is a black TV unit with a flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD player (please bring your own DVDs with you), iPod docking station and Wii (please bring your games). Access to WiFi is an added bonus and decorative canvases complete the look. Patio doors with vertical blinds lead out to the raised patio area.
This area benefits from partial shade, provided by the balcony above, which makes eating al fresco cooler. Enjoy your freshly cooked meal from the gas BBQ, at the glass topped table and 6 chairs provided. Around the roman stepped pool are sunbeds, small glass tables and parasols. Should you get fed up splashing around in the crystal clear pool, then entertain yourself with a game of table tennis. An outside shower is also provided.
Back inside a large wood and glass unit separates the lounge and dining areas. The large matching wood and glass dining table has six cream chairs. A water dispenser is also available. Patio doors with vertical blinds lead out to the rear of the property.
The beautiful light wood kitchen is complimented by its grey and white appliances of an electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. A window with blind, above the sink, lets the light flood in.
There is also a ground floor w/c with window and a vanity mirror over the sink.
Stairs with a handrail lead to the 1st floor where there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and two twin, all with ensuite shower rooms. All rooms are decorated with matching wooden furniture of fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets and lamps.
The master double has patio doors, which lead out to a private balcony overlooking the pool. Sit and relax with a drink at the mosaic table and take in the beautiful sea views, any time of the day.
The first twin room also has a wall mounted TV and playstation 2 (please bring your own games with you).
Continue up the stairs to the 2nd floor roof top patio. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind with your morning coffee or evening cocktail whilst taking in the stunning views of the coastline, on the wicker style lounge furniture with glass table provided.

An ideal place to avoid the summer crowds, Green Bay beach is located to the south of Protaras beach. While the bay has few facilities save for the obligatory sun loungers and parasols available to hire, it is as good a spot as any for a leisurely swim.
