This spacious property has the utmost modern furnishings and qualities inside and out. The patio is equipped with a large private pool surrounded by mature palm trees and exotic planted borders giving total privacy and relaxation. The property offers open plan living, furnished with soft white designer furniture enhanced with modern colorful accessories. Each bedroom has beautiful views one of which has an en-suite marble bathroom.
A large off road parking area, surrounded by palm trees, shrubs and tropical plants leads to the entrance door, located at the rear of the property. A ground floor shower room is conveniently situated, and has a very large mirror over the hand basin and spotlights.
A spacious wooden and stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. A utility room houses the washing machine, mop, broom and iron. A window over the sink looks out over the front of the property.
Walking into the large open plan lounge/dining area you will be impressed by the luxuriousness of the pure white furnishings and complimentary decorative features, including canvasses, candles, vases and art work.
The large white and chrome dining table has 6 white modern designed chairs and a matching side table. The white theme continues through to the lounge, which has a large corner sofa and white and green decorative cushions. There is a green glass top coffee and matching occasional table with funky glass beaded effect lamp and white unit beneath the wall mounted flat screen TV, which shows satellite channels. Access the WiFi, watch some DVDs (please bring your own), or plug in your iPod on the docking station for your entertainment. Four sets of patio doors with vertical stripe blinds flood the ground floor with sunlight.
Two sets of patio doors lead out to a patio area at the side of the villa, which benefits from the shade provided by mature palm trees and lush greenery. An ideal place for al fresco dining. The other sets of patio doors lead to another larger patio area with gas BBQ and sink area.
However, the best part of this garden is when you climb the stone steps up to the pool area and you will be amazed by the size of the pool, bordered on two sides by an astro turfed garden with more palm, olive and lemon trees, bushes and colourful flowers. Rattan sunbeds and parasols are dotted around the pool and a large rattan table and 6 chairs mean eating al fresco is easy. Beautiful views of the surrounding area compliment this stunning property.
Returning to the villa, stairs with a handrail pass two windows and bring you to the first floor, where there are three air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 double and a twin, together with a family bathroom, which has a large walk in shower, hand basin and very large vanity mirror.
The master double bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful green patterned throws and decadent canvasses, together with green glass top bedside cabinets and lamps, dressing table and long mirror, fitted wardrobes and window with blind. Patio doors lead out onto a balcony with spectacular sea views and a rattan table and chairs. A large ensuite shower room with a window has an oval hand basin and large mirror. From the shower room a door leads out onto a balcony, which overlooks the pool with stunning hillside views.
The second double bedroom has pink patterned throws, glass top bedside cabinets and lamps, fitted wardrobes, mirror, dressing table and chair. The patio door leads to the shared balcony, which overlooks the pool.
The twin room has two windows with blinds and lovely sea views. It has a dressing table, full length mirror and chair, fitted wardrobes, glass top bedside cabinet and lamp. It also has a wall mounted flat screen TV and playstation 2 (please bring your own games).
