It has well maintained private garden, which is fenced off from the road. Three bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom is en-suite and the other bedrooms which are both twins (with 2 single beds in each) share a family bathroom. The single beds can be fixed together and made up as double beds if required and there is space for a cot in any of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a small Juliette balcony and one of the twin rooms has a balcony overlooking the pool. Downstairs is open plan with kitchen, dining area and lounge. There are two sets of patio doors that open out to the pool area or you can get to the garden through the side or rear doors as well. If you would like the toddler fencing we can put this up in front of the pool so one of the patio doors has access to it. This means you can leave that door open so toddlers can play inside or outside away from the pool. The pool is 8 x 4 meters and it’s just 3 minutes walk to the safe sandy beaches and the same in the other direction in to town.
A lush well maintained garden with fencing and border plants around the perimeter with a bolted gate so you control access. Outside dining for 6 people with sun umbrella and sun loungers. A portable BBQ makes it easy to eat every meal outside. The toddler play area is accessed by one set of patio doors and has a play house. toddler-sized table and chairs and other toys to play with.
