Three bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom is en-suite and the other bedrooms which are both twins (with 2 single beds in each) share a family bathroom. The single beds can be pushed together to be made up as double beds if required. There is space for cots in any of the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a small Juliette balcony and one of the twin rooms has a balcony overlooking the pool with a small table and chairs. All balcony doors and the windows upstairs have child safe locks on which allow them only to be opened a few cm unless an adult opens them. Downstairs is open plan with kitchen, dining area and comfy lounge. There are two sets of patio doors that open out to the pool area or you can get to the garden through the side or rear doors as well. If you would like the fenced play area setting up, we put this up with a playhouse and outside toys in front of the pool so one of the patio doors has access to it. This means you can leave that door open so toddlers can play inside or outside in the fenced area away from the pool. The pool is 8 x 4 meters and it’s just 3 minutes walk to the safe sandy beaches and the same in the other direction in to town. Being down a cu-du-sac with 5 other villas, we often find children from the neighbouring villas gather to play together in front of the villas in the evenings.
A lovely private garden with bordering plants and plenty of space for outside dining, sunbathing and lots of space for the kids to have fun! There is a large Cypriot style stone built BBQ with sink and preparation area which makes cooking outside a delight. There is a bolted gate to ensure you control access to the garden and the poolside shower is a big hit and makes it very easy to top up the baby paddling pool with cold or warm water! If you need it we provide fencing across one section of the garden to create a toddler play area with play house and toys away from the pool. There's outside dining for 6 people with sun umbrella and sun loungers and pool and garden lighting if you sitting outside late in the evening. Although plenty of street parking is available there is a driveway if you would like to park the car in the villa grounds.
