Villa Sleeps4Bedrooms2Bathrooms2Minimum Stay2 nightsVilla Julia is another villa that has proved to be very popular with smaller families who don't need the extra space a 3 bedroom villa offers. It’s just 4 minutes walk to the safe sandy beach and about 7 minutes walk to the town. Upstairs are two bedrooms; one a double which has a small balcony overlooking the pool and the other which is brightly decorated with children in mind is a twin room with two beds. There is space for a cot in either bedroom and the family bathroom is between the two bedrooms. Guests should note that the stairs are quite steep and although we can fit stair gates extra care should be taken with children.
In the lounge is a flat screen satellite TV with DVD player and iPod docking station. There is a 2 seat sofa and a 3 seat double sofa which pulls out to be a double bed if you need it. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a handy opening in the wall for deliveries from the kitchen! The kitchen is galley style and fully equipped with all the usual appliances; fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, washing machine, dish washer. Also downstairs just off the hallway is a WC.
The lounge and dining area are open plan with patio doors leading out to the small garden with pool. If you would like the fenced play area setting up, we put the fencing across the garden to make a play area between the villa and the pool so the patio doors can be left open. This means you can leave that door open so toddlers can play inside or outside in the fenced area away from the pool. The outside BBQ and table and chairs are within the fenced area too. The pool is 5 x 3 meters and it’s just 4 minutes walk to the safe sandy beaches and about 7 minutes walk to the town. Please note that villa Julia is a town house and has adjoining villas either side.
The pool is 5 x 3 meters and there is a lovely veranda area between the villa and pool where you can enjoy your evenings cooking on the BBQ and eating outside around the veranda table. This area can be fenced off so you can relax in the sun and don't need to worry about the children deciding they want to take a dip on their own! It makes a great play area, where we can put a large children's play house and toys so they can spend all day playing there while you relax. The garden is small, so space is limited around the other areas of the pool. There is an outside shower, sun loungers, patio table and chairs. Although there is normally plenty of parking available in the road there is off street parking at the front of the villa.
