Three bedrooms upstairs; the master bedroom is ensuite and the other bedrooms which are both twins (with 2 single beds in each) share a family bathroom. The extra space in the bedrooms means there is plenty of space for cots in all the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a small Juliette balcony and one of the twin rooms has a balcony overlooking the pool with a small table and chairs. Downstairs is open plan with kitchen, dining area and large lounge. There are two sets of patio doors that open out to the pool area or you can get to the garden through the side or rear doors as well. If you would like the toddler fencing we can put this up at the side of the villa, where it is shady and there is plenty of space too. The pool is 8 x 4 meters and it’s just 3 minutes walk to the safe sandy beaches and the same in the other direction in to town.
A large L shaped garden with bordering plants which is nice and private. There is a bolted gate to ensure you control access to the garden and pool area and if you need it we provide fencing across one section of the garden to create a toddler play area with play house and toys away from the pool. Outside dining for 6 people with sun pergola and sun loungers. Although plenty of street parking is available there is a gated driveway if you would like to park the car in the villa grounds.
