This fully gated property is surrounded by mature palm trees and beautiful green shrubs. It also has covered off road parking. The property has been tastefully decorated in a chic European style and this is evident in the comfort and homely feeling that it conveys.
Through the main side door, you are greeted by a spacious dining/kitchen area. The wooden table with seating for 6 compliments the wooden style kitchen perfectly. Two large windows with blinds and the window over the kitchen sink allow the glorious sunshine to stream into the property. The kitchen, complete with integrated fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher is the perfect place to prepare your meals and you can even play your favorite songs from your iPod on the iPod docking station. The villa itself is a sanctuary for those who appreciate the ultimate in comfort and style.
The light and airy lounge area with fireplace has comfortable wicker style furniture, including a coffee table and wooden TV unit. Relax in the cool air-conditioned room and watch the large flat screen TV or simply sit back and admire the views of the stunning pool area through the two sets of patio doors. There is also a convenient ground floor w/c.
If after a day full of excitement you require peace and quiet to enjoy a chilled glass of wine or ice cold beer, the patio is the perfect place to relax whilst taking in the breathtaking views of the coastline. Enjoy dining al fresco on the patio area with the option of shade being provided by the electric awning. A large octagonal wooden table and 6 chairs are provided. Enjoy basking in the glorious sunshine on the sun loungers and listening to the sounds of the beautiful overflow swimming pool, with roman walk-in steps. The expansive master double bedroom runs the whole width of the house and has 2 sets of patio doors, which lead onto the balcony, where there is seating to relax and admire the brilliant sea views and stunning pool area. This very large bedroom has a walk-in fitted wardrobe area and an en-suite shower room, with vanity mirror, shaving socket, and under sink storage. Bedside cabinets with lamps, a dressing table and mirror and a very modern leather chaise lounge in the corner of the room, complete the luxuriousness of the room. Overall this villa is an ideal villa for those who want independency but who will appreciate the finer qualities of a holiday home.
