Our stay at Thea Court was superb, the apartment is both spacious and clean, two double bedrooms, large bathroom, kitchen/diner/lounge areas, with balcony off the lounge where we sat every morning and evening, with views over the swimming pool towards Famagusta, we enjoyed a peaceful holiday lost in time in wonderful Cyprus. Kapparis being a 10 minute stroll away for bars, resturants and smaller supermarkets has everything you need, with larger supermarkets available within the location again 5 minutes by car. Kirsty we thank you for allowing us to stay in your home, making us very welcome, from the moment I made contact with you on our initial inquiry right through to refunding our deposit, very friendly and very professional. Angela introduced herself upon our arrival and was at hand when needed, the permanent residents where also very friendly both my husband and I found it hard to leave on the 26th, we look forward to a return visit sooner rather than later, thank you so much. MUCH BETTER IN REAL LIFE - HIGHLY RECCOMENDED
Being a Cypriot I have come to know what to expect from most holiday properties in Cyprus especially during high-season. This year I was looking into treating my loved ones on a nice surprise family get together. I had my parents, sister, partner and myself to cater for and each of us with varying expectations regarding location, cleanliness, décor etc. I need to admit that I was pleasantly surprised with this property/ experience and I would highly recommend to others to book this apartment because: Of its location – it is somewhat secluded compared to mainstream holiday/apartments in Protaras area which means you can actually get some peace and quiet if you so wish or else a 5-10 min drive is enough to get you in the middle of buzzing action and craziness. Of the complex – spotlessly clean, with plenty of parking space, immaculate pools and respectful tenants. Of its look – it is new, spacious, modern, tidy and well furnished/equipped and maintained property. It actually looks infinitely better in real life than it does in the photos. Of its price – the pricing is reasonable and remember you do get what you pay for. You can’t get a better place at this standard for a better price online. Of the manager and owners – Angie (the manager) is supper sweet and helpful, always just a phone call away volunteering to provide assistance when needed. Also I had the best experience I could have hoped for with Kirsty (the owner). She promptly replied to all my queries/emails providing an exceptional amount of details for whatever I questioned her about. She was friendly, welcoming and above all honest in our communication and promptly refunded my full deposit (despite a small accident) just a couple of days after our departure. Overall we all had a great time and in some magical way everyone was pleased with out temporary home-away-from-home (because this is really how it felt). HOLIDAY TO REMEMBER
We have been to kapparis a number of times but this year had to find a new apartment as the one we usually go to the owners had sold .We were very lucky to find kirstys, from our initial e mail/phone call everything was organised and professional .Although we had a good idea exactly where the apartment was anyone could follow kirstys directions which she sends out along with all the information you need about her apartment , angie her on site manager was on hand on day 1 to make sure everything was good for us and as she lives on site was always available if you needed anything. The apartment is first class,spotlessly clean and close to kapparis (10 min walk) it is also right next to 2 medium size pools which were very well maintained one of which was like our own private pool for the full 2 wks , the complex is very clean and quite . Kapparis is home from home but you have pernerna and protaras 10 /15 minutes away on a bus or car I would have no hesitation in recommending kirstys apartment to everyone and we hopefully will return very soon.

GREAT TIME IN KAPPARIS
We spent one great week in this apartment in Kapparis and we really had a wonderfull time there. The apartment is specius and very well equiped ( it fitted 7 persons- two famillies acctualy). Large leaving and dining room, huge wardrobes in the bedrooms, nice bamboo furnished balcony with comunal pool view. Kitchen has everything you need and since we were there with 3 children, we used it a lot and realy felt at home. Angela was helpfull and gave us some good advises regarding nearby beaches and supermarkets. I had great comunication with Kirsty as well, received answers to my e-mail right away, and I'm really satisfied with this choice, and my familly will definitly be back there soon.

LOVELY HOME FROM HOME
We have just returned from a wonderful stay in Kapparis - our first time in Cyprus and the island is beautiful. Kapparis is a great base too - with enough restaurants/bars just a walk away if you don`t fancy driving. We hired a car for one week in the middle of our stay which gave us a chace to explore the island a little. The apartment was a real home from home - very clean and comfortable. The weather was extremely hot during our stay and it was lovely to come back to the comfort of the apartment after a day at the beach. Even in the height of summer, the pools were never overcrowded and both were just a few steps from the apartment. Angela - the onsite manager was fabulous too and was always on hand for any queries we had. All in all we had a great time and would definitely recommend this apartment. A real gem.

LOVELY APARTMENT AND GREAT STAY
Many thanks Kirsty for letting us stay in your lovely apartment in Cyprus we have been many times and this was the first time we had stayed in self-catering accommodation and we were not disappointed at all. The apartment is extremely spacious and very clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful holiday in a very quiet location. The directions etc. provided were first class and found the apartment very easily despite arriving at midnight the water cooler is great idea and provides cold water at all times and to refill is very cheap from the new super store Metro which is less than 5 mins drive from the apartment. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and is lacking in nothing. Angie the onsite carer is very friendly and extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The service from booking to getting back from Kirsty was absolutely superb and would thoroughly recommend a stay in this apartment which is reasonably priced in a great location and I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to either couples or a family.

MARVELLOUS STAY
The apartment is very comfortable and spacious with a "still like new" feeling. Everything we required was supplied and thanks to the welcome letter from Kirsty we were able to use all the facilities immediately on an eco friendly basis. We felt at ease straight away and slept like logs.....awoken early by the sunshine through the many windows which give splendid views. Excellent bathroom/shower room...well equipped kitchen....efficient air-con & ceiling fans....lovely veranda...access to two pools....car parking space...on-site contact if required....flexibility of movement...peaceful complex.....in comparison to a regimented hotel scene the choice is a no- brainer.... and at such a great cost. We had a car as our week was the second leg of a two week break....first week in Paphos....so the car enabled us to venture out a lot and explore the area with many restaurants in nearby Pernera and Protaras....visited Firemans Cove nearby which is a great beach experience....went to Famagusta viewpoint (everything F.O.C. at the new building at Derynia)....Fig Tree Bay is good....the beachfront walks between resorts are very scenic.....Oh to be back .... Thanks again to Kirsty for first class communication throughout and her understanding when arranging flexible check-in & check-out times. There is a new Metro supermarket nearby which is stocked with everything needed and very competitive prices with branded products. We all had a brilliant time. Highly recommended.

A HOME FROM HOME
My boyf and I recently visited Cyprus and we decided to stay in an apartment rather than a hotel as we wanted the flexibility offered by renting a 'home away from home' for the week. This apartment was clean, spacious, offered peace and quiet, and meant that we could sleep/eat/drink/watch TV and generally relax without being rushed by hotel staff. The location is ideal and having a car meant we could explore many different beaches and coves in the surrounding area and further afield. It's easy to get to from the airport, and there are several lovely restaurants on the main avenue. We actually stayed in a few nights on our break and cooked food/drank wine all from the local supermarkets. All in all staying here enabled us to have a comfortable, relaxing and stressfree break.

AMAZING STAY
Stayed in this apartment at the beginning of Oct and it was absolutely lovely. It was a home away from home, with everything that we could have needed supplied within it. We had such a great time and my 3 year old daughter loved it. She was able to run around, go swimming in the pool and the beach was only a walk away. It wasn't a big beach, but nice and sucluded. The bars and restaurants were also only a walk away and do some lovely food at good rates.The apartment is also only about a 10 minute drive from Protaras and 15 from Ayia Napa, where the is even more places to go. All in all a fantastic week had by all the family.

L'appartamento ha soddisfatto in pieno le nostre aspettative. Ampio, due camere da letto, sala e terrazza abitabile. La manager Angela è una persona veramente gentile e presente. Poco prima della partenza si è aggiunta una nostra amica, Angela si è resa subito disponibile procurandoci il necessario per preparare il divano letto. Nelle vicinanze è possibile trovare sia supermercati se si vuole mangiare in casa che ristoranti. Le spiagge migliori di Cipro sono tutte facilmente raggiungibili in massimo 15 min di macchina. In generale possiamo ritenerci molto contenti in particolare per il rapporto qualità/prezzo

EXCELLENT APARTMENT
Wonderful apartment, clean, well maintained and very comfortable. Everything there that you could possibly need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We were given very detailed information from the owner of places to visit, restaurants, beaches, places of historical interest. There were also guide books and information packs in the apartment however it is also nice to just go out and discover some wonderful places by yourself. The apartment complex was very nice well maintained and very clean. It has two good sized pools one right next to the apartment and they were great to use if you wanted a few hours lying in the sun. Kapparis itself was very nice, it has a lovely beach at firemans cove we would highly recommend it, there are snack bars on the beach so no need to take drinks or food with you. There are many nice bars and restaurants. Mello bar and pig and whistle were our favorites. Both had very friendly staff and excellent service. We went to Ayia Napa, Protaras and Pernera several times all were beautiful and had some wonderful beaches, bars and resturants most were family friendly. We would recommend Hippocampus in Protaras for a lovely meal. We also went to the water park at ayia napa that was fantastic for a day out, great fun, lots of rides and pools to relax in and cafe prices were not too bad. We went with our 12 year old and he loved every minute of this holiday, snorkelling, go karting, the waterpark, the beach and of course the pool. Also Paralimni is a town very close to Kapparis which has several supermarkets in it I would highly recommend Carrefour prices very reasonable and very large choice. We had such a wonderful holiday and I would not think twice about recommending this property to others. It was our first time to Cyprus and it will not be our last as we have already provisionally booked to return to the apartment next summer. You will not be disappointed if you book to stay here. Finally if you have any questions when you are there angela the lady who maintains the apartment is very knowledgable and very helpful and could not be nicer. We cant wait to go back roll on 2014. 7 NIGHT STAY 2012/2013
I am currently living in Cyprus but use this apartment for a week stay. We loved the apartment and thought it was comfortable modern an had everything we needed. We found that the nearest shops, bars an restaurants were a quick 10minute walk away an these are open all year round which is great cause a lot of places in Cyprus shut down over winter periods. Kirsty provided us with all the information we needed for our stay an the whole process was simple an quick. Overall we had a really nice chilled out week and we are definitely looking into staying at this apartment again in the summer where we will be able to us the pools on site. Would recommend this apartment to anyone.

LCD Satellite TV, DVD Player+DVDs, UNO cards, poker set, DVD pub quiz, Nintendo Game Cube+games. The Italian kitchen with granite worktop is fully equipped with appliances, all cutlery, crockery, utensils. Pernera + Paralmini: Pernera, 5 minutes drive away, quieter than Protaras+ Ayia Napa, but one of the prettiest. Stroll down main street winding down to sea front, pass many bars+ international+traditional restaurants. Several sandy bays perfect for families as shallow crystal clear calm waters great for bathing+ snorkelling. For the more energetic, there’s an array of water sports. Fancy a boat trip, Pernera’s harbour has everything from leisurely cruises to high energy power boat rides. Several organized fishing trips + a modern catamaran also sail from the harbour or just chill out at the waterfront café where you can take in the beautiful ocean and watch the world go by. You’ll also find a pretty church which is set within a beautiful courtyard with an ornamental fountain+well maintained gardens.
Paralimini, 5 minute drive, bustling traditional town retaining it’s old charm, picturesque narrow streets and it's beautiful square situated around a stunning Church. Great tavernas and boutique shopping.
Protaras: 8 minute drive away, popular with singles, couples+ families. Overlooking the resort is the elegant Ayios Elias church, beautifully lit up at night, the surrounding countryside scattered with the famous Protaras windmills giving an aura of nostalgia of years gone by.
