Electric gates open onto a covered driveway which leads to the front door. There is also a separate side gate entrance to the property. Lush palm, orange and lemon trees in the front garden, welcome you to the property.
On entering the villa, the sheer luxury of the décor and furnishings becomes apparent. Enjoy your meals in the beautiful dining area with decorative silver light fitting. A large glass table and 8 chairs ensure there is plenty of room for everyone. Two windows with blinds shed light in to this downstairs area. If you like to entertain your quests then take advantage of the sleek style German kitchen, fully and impressively equipped with an American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and hob, microwave and a coffee machine. There is also a convenient ground floor w/c.
The main lounge area with fireplace consists of ambient lighting, enormous cream leather sofas and chairs, and a 42-inch TV with full sky channels. WiFi internet access is also available on the computer provided. Four windows and 2 patio doors let the glorious sunshine flood into the villa. Blinds and curtains are also provided should shade be required.
From the lounge area step outside to marvel at the large over flow pool with Roman steps and spacious patio area which is totally secluded within the palm trees and exotically planted garden. To one side of the patio you can enjoy your leisure time relaxing on the outdoor wicker lounge furniture under the wooden pergola simply admiring the array of boats sailing by. Electric awnings extend over the pool area to provide shade if required and there is a convenient outdoor shower. Bask in the glorious Cypriot sunshine on one of 8 sun beds. Light the gas BBQ and enjoy your family meals al fresco as a large wicker table and 8 chairs are provided. For the active children keep them entertained with the table tennis table.
Back inside, the stairs, complete with wooden handrail, lead to the 1st floor where there are 3 double bedrooms (2 have ensuite), 1 twin bedroom and a family bathroom consisting of a large corner bath and shower attachment, a vanity mirror and shaving socket. Each bedroom has superbly fitted Italian wardrobes, white marble floors, patio doors with blinds and curtains, air conditioning, dressing tables with mirrors, bedside tables with lamps and very comfortable beds.
Two of the double bedrooms have beautifully modern mosaic tiled ensuite shower rooms with window, mirror and under sink storage. Two of the double bedrooms have a shared balcony with wicker furniture that overlooks the beautiful pool area and has simply stunning sea views. A wall mounted TV is provided in one of the double bedrooms and the twin bedroom. With the top quality furnishings throughout and luxurious bedding you will definitely feel spoiled when you sample a taste of this villa.
