Just before turning off to your villa, you will be struck by the beautiful sea views and realize what a lovely area you will be holidaying in and when you arrive at your destination, you will be impressed by the size of the patio and pool area, not to mention the villa.
Take your first steps into the front garden and see how the property makes such a wonderful first impression. Imagine yourselves enjoying the brilliant Cyprus sunshine around the pool, or cooking up a storm on the BBQ and then taking pleasure in eating al fresco under the pergola around a marble table. Gardens at the front and back of the villa add a colourful, tropical feel and pot plants are dotted around the area for extra affect.
The open space of the outside is complemented by the lovely, light, open plan style of the living area. You may not want to spend any time indoors, but if you do, then you can relax on the large comfortable corner sofa and choose to watch the TV or a DVD (please bring your own DVDs), play on the play station 2 or connect to the free WiFi.
The downstairs is large enough, not only for a well equipped, modern kitchen and dining area, as well as a convenient w/c, but it also features a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, ideal for those guests who do not want the inconvenience of having to go upstairs to bed. It is a large room with lots of storage and colourful accessories.
The generous proportions of the villa continue upstairs, with a very large landing area where the washing machine and tumble dryer are located. Here we have two twin bedrooms, which share a family bathroom and another double ensuite room with a shower.
This villa oozes space and is furnished to a high standard with stylish accessories. But should you decide to spend the day away from the villa, then a short walk will bring you to Fireman’s Beach; a lovely sandy cove with shallow waters which will give you another kind of relaxing experience.

You are responsible for ANY ACCIDENTAL OR MALICIOUS DAMAGES to the villa/apartment or the property or units of the villa/apartment and you will be charged.
All damages must be notified to the office immediately by phone and email, otherwise we reserve the right to charge your card for the damages you've done and/or take legal action if necessary.
Accidental damage charges CAN BE AVOIDED by choosing to pay Damage Waiver. The Damage Waiver is our most popular choice it allows you to relax without worrying about breakages in the accommodation for only 7.00 a day and is an insurance policy to cover accidental damages or loss up to 1,000.00 Euros to the property. Exclusions: Intentional acts, gross negligence and/or willful and wanton conduct.
