Avoid this property!!! We stayed there 11-18 August 2018. It is a good location and decent house, but our holiday was negatively affected by the terribly poor service from the agent renting out this property, at a very high cost for this area of Cyprus. We arrived at 10pm from the airport after a 4 hour flight, to find a boiling hot and unclean house: dusty floors, sand in showers and bathtubs, outside dining table cleaned with a wet towel that made it look like there was mud all over it. The airconditioning was not working in the second master bedroom, which meant that the family arriving at 4am had to sleep in 32C and humidity without airconditioning!!!! She repaired the airconditioning the next day, but that meant we had to spend the first morning of our holiday in Cyprus waiting for the technician to fix it! The house was also not properly equipped and maintained: only 3-4 glasses and few DIRTY cutlery (she brought extra when we asked); zero water pressure in showers even though she claimed there was a pump; one broken toilet seat; broken window rails; dirty garden with cuttings left on the lawn; no blankets to use at night, only very heavy winter quilts which were not even clean; no reading lamps in bedrooms and many light bulbs missing; etc etc. BOTTOM LINE: this could have been a good rental property if the agent was doing her job. But this specific agent cares ONLY ABOUT TAKING YOUR MONEY. She did not even have the decency to make the gesture of a discount after all these issues! This is not Cypriot hospitality, zero professionalism and extremely poor behaviour on her part. Go somewhere else to spend your holiday! Avoid!!!!

This villa is painted perfectly pink villa situated very close to the sea with beautiful sea views but at the same time very private with an enclosed garden and pool area adding to the feeling of seclusion. The sound of the early evening breeze rustling through the leaves of the palm trees whisks you away to another world. Just right for relaxation.
In the middle of this mature planted garden is a lovely large crystal clear swimming pool with roman steps which is perfect for keeping cool in the Cypriot sun. The garden also provides you with your first glimpse of a sea view and because it gives you such a lovely feeling of calmness and peace, it is a view that you will keep returning to. The Cypriot BBQ enables you to cook like the locals and a beautiful outside lounge and dining area provides you with the ability to live like the locals, eating al fresco on a daily basis and making the most of the glorious weather.
Inside the ground floor offers you spacious living, dining and kitchen areas, with black and white being the colour scheme carried throughout along with ornaments that have a hint of art deco about them. The beautiful leather sofas together with the dining table and chairs offer a tasteful contrast to the bright white decoration. The kitchen area has all the amenities you would expect including a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave with a washing machine and dryer also provided.
Also on this floor is the first of four double ensuite bedrooms, which is ideal for guests who have trouble with the stairs or who just want to be that little bit closer to the pool! The light and bright ensuite has a shower and the bedroom has loads of storage space.
For everyone else, the other three ensuite bedrooms are on the first floor; two have ensuite shower rooms and one has an ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. The larger of the three bedrooms has a good sized balcony which overlooks the pool and which benefits from a beautiful sea view and the view of the little fishing harbour of Ayia Triada. Another of the bedrooms also has a smaller balcony, again overlooking the pool with similar special views of the Mediterranean.
This villa offers you the opportunity to relax your cares away in a quiet location with stunning views. Lovely!

About Ayia Triada :
Ayia Triada is a visually appealing beach, with a fishing harbour and tiny chapel. It is a sandy beach, with sun loungers provided for the general public. Again, it is tranquil and safe enough for children with the shallow waters and relatively small beach area (compared to the main beaches). There are walking trails along the coast if you are feeling active and want to soak up the views of the beautiful harbour.
