Luxury Villa Exclusive Primosten has 7 bedrooms, number of beds 14+6, 5 bathrooms, and is suitable for a comfortable accommodation of 20 persons.

Besides the wonderful position, luxury Villa Exclusive Primosten offers tastefully decorated exterior and modern furnished interior, which will show you all the luxury of staying in this place. Residential building of luxury Villa Exclusive Primosten has 3 suites and it covers an area of 450m² and is spread over two floors: the first floor and the second floor.
On the first floor of residential building, there are two identical luxury apartments, each with an area of 65m². The apartments have separate entrances, and each has its own, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area (table and chairs), comfortable and modern living room with leather sofa that can be used as an extra bed and LCD satellite TV, DVD and CD devices. Living rooms are connected with carefully decorated terrace with table and chairs made of teak (each terrace is 15m²), on which you will surely enjoy your morning coffee and a fantastic view of the open sea. Each apartment has two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, while the other is equipped with a bunk bed for 2 children. The lower part of the bunk beds can be extended and used as a comfortable extra bed for one person. Each apartment has a bathroom with shower.
An outside stairs leads to the second and the last levels of this unique villa. On this floor there is another luxury apartment that is spread across the surface of the villa and occupies 125m². By entering into this penthouse, you are walking into a unique area of enjoyment with all the senses. In this luxurious and modern ambience, every detail has found its place and makes one harmony. In addition to fully equipped kitchen and a part for dining, in this area is also modern and with lots of details designed living room with leather sofa that can serve as a comfortable extra bed, there is also a fireplace that dominates the entire space. This apartment has one more “trump card” - a spacious terrace (40m²) equipped with garden furniture made of teak, in which you will fully enjoy the first rays of morning sun and beautiful views of the azure sea. This spacious apartment also has a bathroom with shower with a massage, a separate section where there are 3 bedrooms, of which two with double beds and one with bunk beds for 2 children. The lower part of the bunk beds can be extended and used as a comfortable extra bed for one person. This section is also a modern bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
Special attention takes another object of this summer hacienda – building and area with a pool, for enjoyment and company in which a lot of attention takes outside pool measuring 10m*5m*1.80m, surrounded by comfortable seating furniture, parasols and deck chairs for relaxing in the warm sun rays. Here you will find so much wanted peace and experience the beauty of peaceful relaxation in the morning drinking hot coffee.
