We have 15 apartments and 5 rooms: 8 apartments in main house (first house by the sea) and 7 apartment in annex house (third house by the sea).
Apartments are kids friendly, a great family vacation homes with a pool, beach and a children’s playground just few steps away.
As you enter the main level of our house where the reception area is, you are greeted by the breath taking bay views that span from one side of the room to the other.
If you are for a company or just want to relax in the sun, you can go to our beautiful sunbathing terrace by the pool or the area next to a beach with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas and many other comforts to assure you'll have a fabulous time here. Swimming pool has a retractable sea-through cover that covers the pool during the night or bad weather so you can have a relaxing swim. Enjoy Pag’s laid back life style and the beach… from late spring until early autumn.
If you´d like to fully relax during your vacation without cooking, in house there is a Barbati restaurant waiting for you to discover our exquisite continental/Mediterranean cuisine enjoyed by many resident and visiting DJs at Zrce beach. We prepared breakfasts from various parts of Croatia for you to try. Besides fish and meat dishes from our a-la-carte menu you can have a taste of pizza baked in baker’s oven or enjoy vegetarian dishes.
There is a small spa in the house where you can relax during the massage with local blends of aromatic oils, facial or a body wrap.
If you need your laundry washed, our laundry service will wash it and iron it for you for a small fee.
You can explore the island by complimentary bikes or rented scooters or quads.
For touring by car, we are approximately 70 minutes from Zadar town and 90 minutes from Plitvice lakes.

We are close to some of Pag's most beautiful beaches and some of Croatia's breathtaking national parks, but still far enough from the city’s light pollution to offer views of starry nights, the Milky Way, moon glow on the Adriatic sea.
All apartments in the main house have an air conditioner for heating and cooling in living rooms and all bedrooms. Apartments in the annex house have air conditioners only in living rooms. Kitchens have dishes for preparing and serving food and drinks, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom. Each apartment has a video portafon, flat screen TV with satellite antenna and apartments in main house by the sea have electrical regulated darkening of the windows. There are showers in the bathrooms. Terraces have seating garnitures.
All rooms for rent have flat screen TV with satellite antenna, mini bar and safe deposit box. Each room has a bathroom with shower/WC.
Apartments are cleaned for every guest. Replacement of towels and bed linens is once a week or, if needed, more often.
Parking spot, taxes, bed linens, towels, cleaning, usage of electricity and water are included in the price of apartment as well as the usage of swimming pool, sauna and fitness.
