The house was built in 1906 in Art Nouveau style and renovated in 2013 so that the-century splendour and a sense of history from the time of the Austria-Hungarian monarchy was retained and all the modern conveniences to which we are accustomed today offers.
The villa is detached in a quiet area of the village Marusi, with 900 m2 private garden, ample parking for 5 cars under the shade of a walnut tree. The living area consists of almost 300 m2, spread over three floors.
On the ground floor of the villa there are two large bedrooms, each with private bath and beautiful sea view. One room is painted white with blue details and the other in warm ochre tones. In the rear part of the ground floor is a laundry room and a chamber. With wide wooden interior stairs we reach the first floor. The walls are decorated with original paintings that have arisen during construction. On the left you will see a room in lavender colour, covered with original paintings. The room is furnished with centuries-old furniture. A private bathroom is adjoined the room. Right out of the corridor into the living room one enters.
On the second floor, there are two further bedrooms with beautiful views of the valley, the lake and the sea. The rooms have their own large bathrooms with two sinks and bidet and rock views. One room (the Greens) and a bathroom are decorated with wall paintings. The second room is pale orange. In the mezzanine, there is a small toilet.
The large living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa, television, etc. Through the living room you can to get to the dining room and the kitchen. The dining room is furnished with a large white table and a sideboard. The kitchen is equipped with all equipment and inventory (oven, gas cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster).
From the kitchen to get to two terraces! Left open facing west, perfect for morning coffee at the sound of crickets or a glass of wine at sunset. Right from the kitchen there is a covered terrace with large wooden table and benches, where you will probably spend in the shade most of the day. Beside the terrace are a barbecue and a few stairs to get into the garden where the pool looks like the Adriatic Sea. The sun deck is paved and the Sea View and the lake you can see from the chairs (6 pieces) or simply enjoy sitting in the pool.
All rooms are facing south with beautiful views of the sea, the island of Krk and Cres, lake and valley.
