Upstairs we have four bedrooms each one has a bathroom and one room also has a jacuzzi. Villa has a spacious courtyard in which there are native plants and trees. Garden is surrounded with two covered terraces, approximately of 150 sqm of area. On the covered summer terrace, which is about 30 sqm large, someone can relax and enjoy in the view of the nearby greenery, and in the evening someone can enjoy a glass of our good Istrian wine. The other covered terrace, of 70 sqm area, there is a fireplace and grill features, a large wooden dining table, outdoor stone sink and the ability to listen the music while enjoying breakfast, outdoor barbecue or a relaxing evening watching sunset… Close to the large terrace there is a swimming pool, 10 x 5 m size, from which the view extends to the centuries-old trees. As you can see in the photos the pool perfectly fits in such green environment. The villa has a parking for several cars, but as the region is suitable for walking and cycling around, our guests also have the possibility to use bicycles and learn more about the beauty and charm of the rural area of Žminj and Damijanići.
