The villa is located in a rural environment, 5 minutes walk from the sea, a shop, and restaurants The village is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and orchards. It is ideally located for swimming, walking, cycling and enjoying the outdoor life. Umag, 15 minutes drive away, with its picturesque harbour and medieval square, has a wealth of facilities, including supermarkets, restaurants and bars. There are small sandy beaches available a few minutes drive away at Punta and Zambratia.
The living area, kitchen and dining area are air conditioned and include a traditional Croatian log burner, satellite TV and stereo system. The dining area has a table and seating for 6 people. Each bedroom has a balcony. There is a terrace with table and chairs for �al fresco� dining. The garden has a barbecue and garden table for 8 people. Also outside there is a solar heated shower for use after swimming or cooling off after sunbathing.
Easy day trips include: Istria - the Roman amphitheatre at Pula for archaeological interest and live concerts, - Brioni Island with Tito's private palace and a superb golf course - the Opatija Riviera, favoured by the Austro-Hungarian aristocracy - artists' colonies at Rovinj and Groznjan - Porec for more nightclubs, tennis, go-karting, acrobatics, sailing and sub-aqua - Visit some of the medieval hill towns for a look at life as it used to be. Italy : - Venice is accessible via short daily hydrofoil trips. - Miramare Castle and gardens in Trieste. Slovenia : has many attractions including Lipica White Horse Farm, Postojna Caves and spectacular mountain scenery.
For Golfers, the new Kapinski Championship 18 hole golf course is 5 minutes walk away.
