It is to stroll in the historic old town of Rovinj , 2.5 km (5 minutes , by car, or 15 minutes by taxi boat from the beach ) . The house is designed according to the guidelines of green building , brand new 2004. It is a quiet location , lively by day near the beach , very quiet at night. A small island , just before the state inviting you to take a day trip by boat. The necessary supply of fresh food is a supermarket , about 120 meters from the house to get daily. In the immediate vicinity of the beach there are several small restaurants that are open until 24 h . The use of a car is not required.
The combination of the units in the house may , upon request , will be discussed individually . This one should specify the number of persons , ages of children , as well as the individual wishes .
The south part of Villa Ola & Pit includes the house 4 and the unit 3 together, access from the garden, according to want, can be reached by two entrances. The both parts are connected, or separated, over the corridor in the 1. floor. Because of the fact, the south- part of Villa is just suitable for two friends- families, they want to spend their holiday together and to separate their private parts by need. The living room with open kitchen in the ground floor has about 100 m² and it is connected over a large front in glass with the terrace and the garden in the south and in the north. The garden is surrounded with lot of plants, with the hammock in the middle of garden for a afternoon sleep and a grill for a dining in the evening at the terrace.
The south part of Villa Ola & Pit has different great areas: The living area in the ground floor with ca. 100 m² and room height of 7 m, with a bright open front in glass to terrace and garden. The Gallery in the 1. floor with ca. 21 m² and the room height of 3- 5 m, with a bright front in glass to the shadow- terrace (ca. 12 m²) connected over outside steps with the sun- terrace in the roof- area (ca. 12 m²). The sleeping rooms nearby in the first floor have height of 2,5- 4,5 m and a across air circulation south- north. The bath- rooms (two complete baths and two separate WC) have roof- windows with lot of light. The big volume of villa offer a very pleasant house climate in the summer. The south part of Villa Ola & Pit is suitable for the guests with special demands for a space quality and their aesthetics, but also with a preference to directly contact to the luxuriant, original nature.
