On the property are also 3 other apartments and in new house lives the owner with his family.
The apartments are in three buildings; one newer building and two renovated older buildings, which are both old traditional Istrian houses made of stone. The entire estate has been professionally renovated with great love and respect for the original old style of construction.
As guests you have access to an outdoor swimming pool, and a summer kitchen and barbecue in the courtyard behind the house, which also serves as an outdoor dining area, completely furnished, and the perfect place to enjoy some time together.

The estate is only 18 km away from beautiful Rabac beaches. Rabac is tourist centre on the eastern coast of Istria, near the town of Labin. The first summer houses were built in Rabac in the 19th century when it was just a small fishing settlement.
