Partly reconstructed and partly new built, the property features a well done blend of modern architecture and traditional materials. The fenced yard includes many shady spots to relax and unwind, and a large covered terrace offering peace and privacy. The sheltered private swimming pool (8 x 4 m), framed by a sun terrace with loungers and a parasol is certainly the most enjoyable place to hang out on hot summer days. Heading inside, you’ll find welcoming and lovingly decorated rooms emitting a cozy home-from-home atmosphere. Like we use to do with all vacation rentals in our offer, we have also personally inspected house Marka. We found a spacious and comfy house with bright rooms and modern amenities, which has convinced us immediately. Furthermore we received an exceptionally warm welcome by the host family, who are already looking forward to meet their guests.
House for 10-12 persons: The spacious house comes with a living space of approx. 400 m², split into two parts. The two parts are connected by a large covered terrace (approx. 30 m²). The larger part of the house comprises of a lovely decorated living room including a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), and a separate kitchen with dining table on the ground floor. The living room opens onto the large covered terrace featuring a direct access to the swimming pool. The first floor comes with a living area and five double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom with shower. The other part of the house, which is accessible via the terrace, comprises of a fully equipped eat-in kitchen including a beautiful, large dining table and an impressive fireplace. The entire house is equipped with air conditioning.
Further details: There is a ping-pong table in the yard. A radio and a CD player are provided for your enjoyment. Two bicycles are available free of charge.
