Stanzia 'Villa Ane' is an original typical Istrian two storey villa 2 km from the sea. It spreads on 300 m2 and was built in 1911 but completely refurbished in 2012 and 2013. The house is suitable for up to 6 people who above all cherish privacy and peace and those who like rustic ambiance. The facility is completely built of stone with walls that are more than 70 cm thick. It is a true architectural work of art and it offers pleasant staying during hot summer months. For the refurbishment we used only original materials such as stone, wood and hammered iron. The upper floor consists of a master room (with 30 m2) with a terrace and two smaller stylishly furnished bedrooms, toilet. On the ground floor there is a completely furnished kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. The front of the house boasts with a spacious terrace with a stone table and vine of Istrian Malvazija that gives thick shade.
Villa Ane is surrounded with over 7000 m2 of front and backyard that include stables, another spacious terrace covered with 100-year old beams, a large stone barbecue, outdoor solar shower, outdoor WC, large grassy front yard with an XXL trampoline and a covered parking space. The exterior consists of typical Mediterranean plants, olive trees, lavender and orchards. The property is entirely fenced with stone walls so it offers complete privacy to our guests that search for peaceful holidays.
