In the upper part of the house there are two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with a separate dining room, a bathroom and another bedroom.
Right next to the house is a covered terrace with a dining table for ten people, as well as a barbecue and a pool with 24 m2. In order to ensure a more comfortable and relaxed vacation, we have placed 8 large lounge chairs with parasols and a gazebo next to the pool.
Located only 3 km from Villa Ines**** are famous tourist resort Rabac and a historical town Labin.
Rabac is known for its white pebble beaches, beautiful crystal clear sea, pine forests and rich tourist offer, while in Labin, apart from its historical sites, one can find trade centers, pharmacies, a green market and health care centers as well as other public institutions needed for a safe and peaceful vacation.
Pula, the biggest town in Istria, is located only 40 km away. This town attracts the visitors with its historical monuments from the time of the Roman Empire. In our close proximity are also other famous tourist destinations in Istria – Poreč (60 km), Rovinj (50 km) and one of the largest cities in Croatia, Rijeka, is only 65 km away.
For our youngest visitors there is a small house in the back yard with a slide. Beautiful garden with 1700 m2 fully enclosed with a natural hedge and loan with automatic irrigation system surrounds the villa. Pets are more than welcome. Exceptional peace and harmony with nature thrills our gests for the past 7 years and they keep returning to us with the best of compliments. For our regular guests we organize gatherings with barbecue dishes and a glass of good wine.
