The stone-built villa has been constructed with great attention to detail in the original Istrian style with traditional arches and covered terraces. All interior furniture is craftsman hand made.
Villa Catarina is set within an acre of private land surrounded by stone walls. An arched gateway leads to the extensive rear area which has a large swimming pool, outdoor and covered terraces, a shower and a beautiful stone barbecue and grill. Adjacent to the house is a garage for two cars.
The ground floor has a spacious living room with a real fireplace and a dining table with seating for eight people. The open-plan kitchen is well designed and equipped. Villa Catarina accommodates up to six people in three bedrooms all with stylish en-suite facilities (one with a bath).
The main bedroom has patio doors leading out to a covered terrace.
