Our beautiful and spacious semi-detached house,
completed in 2011, lies just outside the picturesque village of Kringa.
Just a few yards from the house you can enter a green, hilly and wooded area with farms and vineyards.
Holiday home Mikela has a private driveway with remote controlled gate. The house has a large pool with terrace and outdoor shower, covered terrace and a beautiful stone barbecue / grill.
Directly at the house is the garage.
On the ground floor is a spacious living room, a sitting area and dining table for 6 people. The new kitchen is fully furnished. The house can accommodate 4 people. On the first floor are two bedrooms each with their own separate bathroom. Downstairs is a bathroom with a bathtub. The entire upper floor is air conditioned. Right at the front door is a spacious, partially covered patio.
The house is built with first class materials and brightly decorated. The owners, Zdravko and Gabriela and their children Mikel and Mikela live in the house next door. They are extremely hospitable and very helpful.
