It is rented as a self-standing holiday house, without the presence of owners or other guests. The house is located by the sea (10 m), with accommodation capacity of 6+1 persons.
Modern kitchen with cutlery, bathroom with toilet and shower, and large terrace (20 m2) with a barbecue are located on a ground floor. Two bedrooms with two beds each (one room with twin bed and another with separate beds), a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, living room with two beds (twin bed) and one more auxiliary bed and large terrace (25 m2) are located on the first floor.
In front of the house, there are two parking places in the garage and additional two parking places in a fenced, outdoor parking, where larger vehicles can be parked.
There is a sunbathing area with sea access on the coast, reserved for guests. In addition to this sunbathing area, there is another large terrace (30 m2), 5 meters from the sea which can also serve as a sunbathing area.
All three terraces have beautiful views of the open sea, an inlet situated across and larger islands Veli Drvenik, Solta and Brac.
The house is landscaped in Dalmatian style with many flowers.
The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, dishwasher, digital satellite set, two freezers, Espresso machine and microwave oven.
