Villa Dalmatia consists of: 4 bedrooms: two bedrooms are with one double bed and two rooms with two single beds. One double-bed room is with an air conditioning.
Kitchen, dining room and the living room are in one area of 26 m2 where are Sat TV, DVD and air conditioning.
The kitchen includes 4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, oven, freezer.
Villa has 2 shower toilet-bathrooms, of which one on each floor. Toilet on the upper floor has a washing machine.
From the living room and the kitchen offers a breathtaking view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Solta.
The upper floor has a terrace 32m2 in size with awning and out-door furniture from where is a beautiful view on the gardens and nature.
In the yard are carefully edited small gardens, swimming pool 8m length and width 4m, outdoor shower, outdoor grill, deck chairs umbrellas, outdoor furniture.
You can swim in the sea just 150 meters away and choose between sandy, stony or rocky beaches.
