Yellow House comprises of four apartments with a lovely small private garden and outdoor grill area. The apartments are tastefully decorated and offers guests a comfortable and stylish holiday retreat. Our primary goal is happy and satisfied guest, because we believe it is the only way we can make you return next year.
APARTMENT 1
It provides accommodation for 2-4 guests. Apartment 1 is approx. 50 m2 and it is located on the ground floor. The apartment is tastefully decorated with some original ’50 – ’60 furniture. This apartment is air-conditioned. It consists of entrance hall leading into; lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Lounge area has a French door leading out into a terrace. There is a spacious private and shared terrace area that has outdoor BBQ and sitting area with a beautiful view of Saldun Bay, Okrug Gornji and Kamp Rozac peninsula.
LOUNGE AREA: with dining table and chairs, sofa that can be used as comfortable double bed, TV and radio.
KITCHEN: sink, hob, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher
BEDROOM: one double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, drawer chest
BATHROOM: sink, W/C, bath with shower, bidet, washing machine
APARTMENT 2
Apartment 2 is approx. 45 m2 on the second floor, it provides accommodation for 2-4 guests. This apartment is air-conditioned. It consists of entrance hall leading into:
LOUNGE: it is a large open plan living area with modern kitchen (built in cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), dining area and sitting area with sofa that can be used as comfortable double bed. Lounge has a French door leading into a large private balcony 27m2, which provides you with a magnificent open view of Adriatic Sea, surrounding area of Island of Ciovo, Saldun Bay and nearby numerous islands.
BEDROOM: one double bed, bedside tales, wardrobe and storage chest.
BTHROOM: sink, W/C, enclosed shower, washing machine
LARGE BALCONY: with table and chairs, deck chairs, parasols.
APARTMENT 3
Apartment 3 is approx. 45m2 on the second floor and it provides accommodation for 2-4 guests. This apartment is air-conditioned. It consists of:
LOUNGE: this is a very large open plan living area with modern kitchen (built in cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher), dining area and sitting area with sofa that can be used as comfortable bed for two. Lounge has a French doors leading into a private balcony 8.5m2, which provides you with a magnificent view of Island of Ciovo, Saldun Bay, Okrug Gornji.
BEDROOM: one double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and drawer chest.
BATHROOM: sink, W/C, enclosed shower area and a washing machine.
BALCONY: with table and chairs.
APARTMENT 4
Apartment 4 is on the first floor, approx. 90m2. It provides accommodation for up to 8 guests. It consists of entrance hall, four bedrooms, lounge with open plan kitchen, two bathrooms and one big private balcony 27 m2.
LOUNGE: it is a large open plan living area with modern kitchen (built in cooker, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher), dining area and sitting area with two sofas. Lounge has a two French doors leading into a large balcony which provides you with a magnificent view of Adriatic Sea, surrounding area of Island of Ciovo, Saldun Bay and nearby numerous islands. This room is air-conditioned.
BEDROOMS: two bedrooms are with a double bed, the other two are with twin beds,
with an option to make them bunk beds or join together. All bedrooms have wardrobe, bedside cabinets and ceiling fun.
BATHROOMS: sink, W/C, enclosed shower area and a washing machine.
