It has a separate path that leads to automated gates, three meters high, also one garage building with three parking places plus three outdoor parking places (total 6 ). Massive wooden pergola covered walkway with a panoramic view that includes the city of Split and its surroundings , Stobreć, Podstrana , Kaštelas, hills and associated forest and surrounding villages as well as the Adriatic Sea and islands, is access to the main building. Along that walkway there is the green grassy area with olive trees, lemon tree and palm trees. Special pleasure are the fairytale sunsets a divine early mornings when you wake up with the birds singing.
The main building consists of ground floor and two upper floors . The ground floor is designed as a large space for relaxed socializing and entertainment, a large living room with a Panasonic3D plasma, the largest one, Chesterfield furniture, antique safe, bar... There is also one toilet . From that area there is exit on the pool. Around the pool of 45 square meters, there are a sunlongues and a large covered outdoor kitchen with associated outdoor table and chairs . There are also a Jacuzzi with massage jets and special lighting effects alternately for 6 people and an outdoor fireplace for barbecue. Over the pool there is a futuristic designed bridge.
On the first floor there are three bedrooms, a spacious kitchen and a spacious dining room, one bathroom and one toilet. From the dining room and the biggest one bedroom, there is the exit on the south terrace, huge area that offers a panoramic view of the Split and its surroundings, the islands and forested hills. From the kitchen there is access to the western terrace, a very large area with a panoramic view that is associated with bocce playground (boules). There are also tables with chairs as well as grassy space for children with the appropriate range ( children's house, swing , etc. ).
On the second floor there are three large bedrooms with double beds and one small bedroom with one bed. There are also two bathrooms. From two large bedrooms there is exit to the huge south terrace with beautiful panoramic views. In addition to the main building there is also supporting one with the entertainment areas such as table tennis, table football, pool table (billiards), PlayStation3 and mini gym. Near garage building there is outdoor cageball that can be used as a ground for badminton, volleyball or any similar sport. There are also cross bikes. Special emphasis is on peace, tranquility and intimacy that provide villa`s location, gardens, the panoramic view, the city of Split nearness and the surrounding small ancient towns ( Solin , Stobreć , Podstrana, Kastel, etc. ), the sea nearness, nearness of all the famous beaches in towns of Split, Stobrec and Podstrane.
