Luxury Villa Exclusive Karbuni has 3 bedrooms, 1 study, 3 bathrooms and is perfect to accommodate 6 persons.
Luxury Villa Exclusive Karbuni was built with a lot of taste and detail and while it was built, a lot of attention was given to the interior as well as exterior, so this beautiful villa could harmoniously fit into this area of the beautiful nature that surrounds her. Floors in the villa are connected with marble staircase with a beautiful glass panel, and luxurious and modern rooms are having terraces with spectacular views of the sea. Exterior of the villa and its gardens are full of little stone cascade with carefully arranged gardens with Mediterranean herbs.
The main entrance to the villa is located on the last, second floor. By entering to villa you will find yourself in the spacious atrium, which serves to receive guests, and even reaches its height of 7m. In the atrium you could also come from two separate, closed garage doors that are connected with the villa. On this floor there is a south-oriented master bedroom with a large king-size bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe and en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. Unavoidable part of this bedroom is a unique view of the sea and nearby islands. You will enjoy the most romantic moments with fabulous sunsets. On this floor there is another room, and it is a study.
The second floor is connected by an internal stone staircase to the first floor, on which you enter into an airy, sunny and south-oriented area in which there is a large, modern and superbly equipped kitchen and dining area with table and chairs and spacious living room with leather sofa. Special place in the living room has a large indoor fireplace that gives a special atmosphere during the winter months. This whole area is separated by a large glass doors from a spacious terrace which extends around the entire house and which has a beautiful view to Korcula. The terrace is equipped with sitting furniture and it is really the perfect place to wake up, and for enjoying breakfast with hot coffee. In the north wing of the villa there are two more bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms.
During construction works, great interest was paid to the exterior of this beautiful cascade villa and to be shown in all its beauty and glory. The villa has lot of terraces and plenty of paved roads that lead to a private beach and dock on which you can enjoy in the shade of trees or on the sun that will heat you with warm rays.
