The apartment has two floors, the first floor is the kitchen and living room, a bathroom and the second bedroom. Third bed is a sofa in the living room. Near the market and a supermarket and several restaurants. The clinic and pharmacy are a ten-minute walk. The mild climate is pleasant stay in winter and summer. The apartment does not have its own secured parking, but within 50 meters has many parking spaces whose availability depends on the time of day. It was stated that the apartment has no balcony, but on top of the access stairs to the front door there is a space of a couple of squares similar to the balcony, which in local parlance is called "balustrade" in which one can sit and thence through the lane "streets" enjoy the view of the sea by some 50-60 meters away. Apartment size is 33m2. Book 3 months prior to arrival 10% discount. Price for stays shorter than 4 days price is 30%. Arriving at the apartment: after 14.00 pm. Check-out: before 10.00 hours. Dogs are allowed (fee agreement with the owner). Knowledge of English language
