The complex consists of the main house and three guest cottages, Jedan, Dva and Tri (Croatian for one, two and three).
The property dates back some three hundred years but, prior to renovation, had been derelict since the Second World War. Many of the original features remain and have been carefully restored by local builders. The cottages were originally outhouses for animals but nowadays the only animal visitor is Chris’s old feline friend Noddy, who spends most of her time lazing by the pool!
Jedan :
Luxury accommodation with the sleeping area on a mezzanine level - the bedrooms in all our cottages are upstairs under a pitched roof. All our sheets and towels are egyptian cotton to help keep you cool. Each bedroom is equipped with TV and DVD player and CD player with attachment for your iPod or MP3 player. There is a hairdryer in each bedroom. The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge with seating and fully equipped kitchen. Also on the ground floor is a shower and WC. Jedan can accommodate two additional guests on a fold-out sofa bed.
Dva :
Directly across the courtyard is Dva which is very similar to Jedan but with a larger living area where two additional guests can be accommodated on a fold-out sofa bed. All our kitchens are fully equipped and have the basic necessities like tea, coffee and milk. Breakfast, out in the courtyard before the sun gets too high, is a wonderful experience.
Tri :
Tri is our romantic retreat. Again, with double-bed accommodation on a mezzanine level but boasting an old roll top bath. On the ground floor there is an open plan lounge with TV and DVD and fully equipped kitchen area with shower and wc. For those not in a particularly romantic mood, two additional guests can be accommodated in the lounge area on a fold-out sofa bed.
Surrounded by the three cottages is a private courtyard where you are able to have breakfast or relax over an evening meal. The steps from the courtyard lead to the secluded swimming pool surrounded by hammocks and olive trees. Our aim is to provide you with a luxury retreat without the fuss. Nothing is too much trouble for us and we will try to fulfil any reasonable requests you may have. Remember, we want this to be the best holiday you have ever had.
