Dubrovnik is one of the best-preserved medieval walled cities in the world, and its Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is home to beautiful palaces, monasteries , churches and fountains. Sitauted in the heart of Old town you can easily explore and travel back in time. We strongly recommend to visit city walls built in the 14th century that served as defensive structures to protect the city. As you wander around Dubrovnik's ancient walls you can enjoy the beautiful blue colors of the Adriatic Sea and admire breathtaking views. You should also visit the fort Lovrijenac, the only fort that belongs to the city walls but it's physically separated from them. It's located near Pile, just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. We also recommend to visit the Island Lokrum which is a Nature Reserve and a Special Forest Vegetation Reserve. From The City harbour regular tourist boats run to Lokrum, in spring and autumn every hour and during the summer every half an hour so it's very convenient to visit this fantastic island. It takes only 10 minutes to get to Lokrum and you can enjoy in a small lake, called Mrtvo More (Dead Sea) which is a unique lake linked with the sea and fortress called Forte Royale, star shaped built in 1806 at the highest point of Lokrum, 91 m, giving a breathtaking view of the island and the Old Town.
Apartment is situated in quiet and calm street, yet in the center of Old Town. Apartment is stylish decorated and while decorating, we kept traditional note of the furniture.
Apartment is for 1-4 persons and consist of one double room with bathroom with shower on first floor and on the other floor is kitchenette with fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, stove and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer, wi-fi, SAT-TV is available in apartment. In the living room on the second floor is sofa bed for two persons.
Nearby is street called Prijeko which is famous street with few restaurants.Local port is few minutes away, famous beach Banje overlooking the island Lokrum and Old Town is 10 minutes away. Everything you might need is reachable in 200 meters walking distance, such as pharmacy, bank, ATM, caffe and cocktail bars, boutiques, bakery, restaurants, exchange office etc. We highly recommend to buy grocery at local market where local people sell domestic, fresh vegetable and fruits. It's located on Gunduli?eva poljana, 2 minutes from the apartment.
