We decided to rent a house because its better to be full of people then empty because me and my family moved to other part of Dubrovnik. Also beautiful as Old Town but less attractive for those who seeks paradise on earth (Like Bernard Shaw once wrote). We are all dentists in my family including me so if you will have any problems with your teeth while you are in Dubrovnik... call me, but I hope that you want so that you can enjoy in my hometown.
House is located in the Old town in Dubrovnik, about 30 steps from the main street Stradun. Rustical and charming house for your holiday in the most beautiful city in the whole world. House is fully renovated in April 2012, it has two floors.
First floor has two bedrooms which are double bedded, a kitchen, one bathroom (Washing machine included, wc, tub) and ofcourse living room with dvd and tv.
Second floor has two bedrooms, one is double bedded and one with two single beds, a kitchen, a bathroom (wc, shower) and living room (tv and dvd).
In front of the house there is a large garden (only 2-3 houses in the old town has it) with outdoor shower and its beautiful place to have an early breakfast in the shadow or even dinner under the sky. You can also get some suntan if you do not want to go to the beach which is about 100m away... Whole house is climated! Bus station and taxi are also near, about 50m away so we are located in the center. It is also only 30 steps away from bars, restaurants and shops. Everything for everyone!
