This contemporary home, with its vaulted wood paneled ceiling, welcomes the free flowing breeze that naturally rolls in from the surrounding landscape. With a large balcony almost 30 feet by 23 feet in area, guests are able to spend much of their time enjoying the tropical surroundings.
The upstairs master bedroom has its own private balcony, providing an excellent elevated view of the surrounding mountains and Pacific Ocean. The two lower level bedrooms provide separate access to a shared bathroom. One bedroom features two twin beds, perfect for children or extra guests. The other bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, allows a comfortable stay for up to six people in the villa.
The two lower level bedrooms share a bath and open up into the large balcony and pool area. Surrounded by a non-slip wooden deck with a convenient outdoor shower, the pool also looks over the subtle valley hills and mountains in the distance.
The modern living room and kitchen areas are spacious and feature AC units to cool the room, along with the option of opening the large patio doors to allow natural air circulation. The home furnishings are a classic blend of dark wood, bamboo and wicker, providing a distinct Mediterranean appeal.
