Shawn's place is wonderful
Shawn's place is wonderful, conveniently located and yet away from the noise. He's a wonderful host and provides a great guide to Jaco.

House was clean, good location
Shawn is a great host. Communication was great, house was clean, good location, walking distance to all the main places - we had a great time in Jaco. Shawn also gave us a really good overview of what places to eat and visit on our arrival that really helped us plan our trip. All in all, great experience and good times!

The place was big, clean, bright.
Shawn was highly accommodating and responsive even prior to our visit. He gave us recommendations for our short stay in Jaco. Though we did not ever meet, I appreciated him as a great host! Shawn's place is in a great location. Just a short walk away from restaurants and shops! There is a security guard and gate along with a good sized pool and jacuzzi open to all guests/residents. Shawn's place was newly renovated. It still had the paint smell but we opened the door to let it air out. The kitchen was fully equipped with great appliances. The place was big, clean, bright. Perfect for 2 people! Would recommend and stay again!

This 1-bedroom condo has been completely renovated and features granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, porcelain and marble. Safe and quiet yet right in the heart of the action to where you can walk to the beach, over 50 restaurants, markets, bars and more.
The condo features 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and the living area has a twin bed that doubles as the sofa and there is another twin bed that pulls out from underneath. The kitchen is fully stocked and boasts granite counter tops as well as stainless steel appliances. There is A/C in the bedroom as well as in the main room. There are smart TV's in the living area and in the bedroom.
The condo complex features a large community pool, secure parking and 24 hour gate guarded security.

The community is located on the main strip in Jaco so you can walk to dozens of restaurants, shops, markets, bars, the cinema, and ocean in 5 minutes.
Really you can walk everywhere from the condo but for under $2 you can also take a taxi anywhere in town. It is also a good idea to rent bikes for your stay.
