Ryan, the owner was a fantastic host. The home is in a great location with easy access to the beach and places to eat. The house itself is amazing, clean and great for entertaining. Can't wait to go back.

Sweet home! Great layout and awesome location
We had a great time at Casa Costa Rica! We had 2 adults and 4 teenage boys, and there was plenty of room and beds for all us. Everything works in the house (including tv, sound system, AC, 5 burner gas grill, etc...) Ryan helped us with shuttle and golf cart rental. And, he was responsive and pleasure to deal with. For a vacation rental, the house and location can't be beat. Close to the beach and close to town. Also, near yoga. Yet quiet and peaceful setting. Thanks Ryan!

Amazing modern and beautiful home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Costa Rica. It definitely made our visit to Nosara wonderful. Ryan was helpful and took good care of us in coordinating shuttles to and from the area and helping us to rent a golf cart. We were two families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 8 to 11) and this house fit us perfectly. We loved the modern furnishings, beautiful cold pool, fun outdoor seating/bar area, and backyard kids play area. We saw lots of iguanas and monkeys on the property...one day a group of monkeys threw leaves at the kids in the pool from trees above. It was amazing! There is a grounds person who takes care of the pool and yard daily. The air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms worked great and kept us all nice and cool at night. There are water restrictions during the evening hours but it didn't seem to affect us because of the water storage on site. (Though I don't recommend showering at the same time - water pressure decreases drastically during these hours). The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of linens and fresh towels for everyone and a washer/dryer in the back indoor/outdoor room for our use. Though the pool was small, it was cold and refreshing and the kids had a ball in it every day. The adults enjoyed the upper level cold water jacuzzi. The internet was very, very slow but that seemed to be pretty normal for the whole area of Nosara. We didn't really care because we were coming with the intention of unplugging! The house was well equipped and there really wasn't anything we needed except a cooler for the beach. It was great to have beach chairs and beach towels for the beach and toys for the pool. The outdoor seating areas were really nice, and we enjoyed most meals and morning coffee outside. There really isn't anything negative to say about Casa Costa Rica. It seemed like one of the nicest places around and we felt at home, safe, and happy as clams! We would definitely return to this house!

Beautiful home, excellent location!!
The stay at Casa Costa Rica was fabulous! The house was beautiful and immaculate! The beds were comfortable. Ryan was so nice and easy to work with. He had someone come over every day and clean up the yard. We saw Howler monkeys in the trees every morning. It was a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Couldn’t have asked for a better location. We came down there with a group of 8 and we had a blast! Thank you Ryan!

Casa Costa Rica is located in the heart of the prime J-section of Playa Guiones. The home is only a short three minute walk to the beach in either direction. Amenities include four bedrooms, three bathrooms, cozy living room attached to a large common area and fully stocked kitchen, outdoor kitchen with BBQ and bar, swimming pool with Jacuzzi, waterfall, and swim up bar stools, children's play area with playhouse and slide, Foosball and Dart board, beautiful Venetian plasters and custom tile/granite/marble/mirror finishes throughout, top of the line audio and video systems, security wall, security bars, security system, surveillance system, plush furniture and furnishings, fine quality linens, etc.. The home has 5 beds (one king, two queens, one matrimonial, one single) and is prepared to sleep 9 people. Everything about this home is classy and modern, yet comfortable and contemporary. This home is absolutely amazing and I hope that anybody interested in a Casa Costa Rica vacation will consider my beautiful home for their destination. Pura Vida!
