Big and totally equipped kitchen with dinning area and a large sitting room with dinning area. High quality furnisher in all the house and totally equipped. There is a beautiful garden, sunbathing area, BBQ area and laundry room.
You will have access to all the house.
- Air conditioning (hot/cold ) in all rooms and in the lounge .
- Internet WIFI available.
- Sheet, towels and beach towels at your disposal .
- Rustic Pergola: outdoor covered dinning area overlooking the golf course and pool
- Outdoor barbecue : charcoal barbecue , work area with tap
- Solarium : sunbeads, parasols and cushions at your disposal
- Four fully furnished rooms, all with double beds, air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. Two rooms have private bathroom.

The Neighborhood
Tranquil area with only villas and no noise at all, aside from the breeze and the humming birds. To be able to move around easily, it is recommended to rent a car (there is a car-rental in the area). The villa is located on a Golf Country Club providing beautiful sceneries if you like walks or simply just admiring the view! There is also a Marine catering all water sports and excursions available (even submarine rides!) all of this at a short walking distance, with also extensive array of restaurants, pubs, bars, shops... Local organic market with local produce are also near! If you enjoy scuba diving, enjoying an atypical landscape, reading/relaxing in a volcanic beach, this in the neighborhood you are looking for. It is a very quiet and calm area, with all services but without the busy tourist atmosphere or mayhem (20 minutes drive distance). A great area for hiking, beautiful walks by the coast, with a picturesque and breathtaking volcanic landscape.
I live near the south Tenerife airport which is a 10min drive.
Getting Around
I can provide extensive information about activities that can be done in the area and in Tenerife in general. Personal suggestions on the best local restaurants, and the most iconic sports in the island!
Some activities in the area: Golf, Beach, Horse riding, extensive array in water sports and many areas nearby for Hiking. For organized excursions to visit the north part of the island, "El Teide" Volcano, Siam Park Water Park, Loro Parque or other excursions... there are companies that pick up tourists in a nearby hotel (8min walk)
