Jardim Paraiso is a small modern condominium with beautiful gardens to front and rear, situated on the southern edge of the village its elevated location giving panoramic views over Guia and the surrounding countryside. Within easy walking distance are shops, banks, restaurants and all other village amenities. The apartment is situated on the ground floor having a large private fully equipped terrace with direct access to the South facing garden and communal pool. Fully air conditioned, consists of a large beautifully furnished and equipped lounge and dining area. A modern fully fitted Kitchen with all appliances. Changeover days can be flexible although in high season it may be necessary to vacate the accommodation at 10am. The owners require flight details for both arrival and departure prior to booking. We shall be as accommodating as possible!

We will reserve the accommodation for a week (showing it as 'booked' on availability calendars), enabling you to send us a non-refundable deposit of 20% - the balance being due no less than 6 weeks prior to your visit - we recommend that guests take out holiday insurance when booking. All bookings are accepted subject to the 'Terms & Conditions' published on the owner’s website.
