This villa is set in an elevated position giving privacy and panoramic views of the sea and mountains. The large terrace area has seating and sunbeds for 6, a BBQ and a heated pool with Roman steps.
The front door leads you into the dining area with seating for 6 adjoining the fully fitted kitchen including oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A washing machine is located in the adjoining Solana. The sunken living room adjoins the dining room and includes comfortable seating for more than 6, TV with Free view SKY channels and DVD. For your entertainment, there is also a hi-fi unit, books and games.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and doors leading to a secluded patio area and garden. The bathroom is en-suite.
The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and there is a separate, full guest bathroom. All the bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes.
A basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water is provided. Extra items can be provided at cost price.
The village of Tias has several supermarkets and a good variety of bars and restaurants all of which are within walking distance from the villa. Tias is centrally located with the airport and Puerto del Carmen approximately a 10 minute drive whilst Costa Teguise or Playa Blanca are approximately 30 minutes by car.
