This modern, six bedroom villa is located in the exclusive marina of Puerto Calero. It is within a short walk of the promenade of international restaurants, bars, cafes and designer shops. The resort of Puerto del Carmen is only a ten minute drive away with its picturesque Old Town and harbour and miles of golden beaches. The villa benefits from air conditioning throughout and WiFi internet connection.
Interior
This contemporary, two story villa has been stylishly decorated throughout. All rooms except the kitchen have air conditioning which is included. Entrance is onto the first floor into a hallway leading to the open plan living and dining area with large patio doors flooding the room with light and leading to the upper terrace. The separate kitchen has all modern appliances, a breakfast table and patio doors to the upper terrace. Villa Regatta has six elegantly furnished bedrooms with four bedrooms on the first floor and two bedrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor, the master bedroom has twin beds placed together, an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and patio doors leading to the upper terrace. Two further bedrooms have twin/double beds and en-suite shower rooms. These three bedrooms can be made up as double beds if preferred. The remaining bedroom has a double bed and access to a cloakroom with WC. Stairs lead down to the ground floor which has a bedroom with double bed and an en-suite shower room and access directly to the pool area. There is a wonderfully decorated children’s bedroom with twin beds and access to a cloakroom with WC. A second living room on this floor has comfortable sofas, Wii Console, DVD player, Air Hockey/Pool Table and Table Tennis table.
Exterior
Patio doors from the living and dining room on the first floor lead to the large upper terrace, which overlooks the swimming pool. This covered terrace has outside dining for ten people and offers the most fabulous sea views and romantic sunsets, which can also be enjoyed whilst relaxing in the villas beautiful ‘chill-out’ sofa area. Patio doors from the second living room open to the lower covered terrace and pool area. This lower terrace is a perfect spot for sunbathing in private around the electrically heated 8.5 metre x 3.5 metre swimming pool, which is entered via roman steps.
