They are located at one end of the promenade that leads to the marina with an array of international restaurants, bars, cafes and designer shops within a short walk. The resort of Puerto del Carmen is only a ten minute drive away with its picturesque Old Town and harbour and miles of golden beaches. The villa benefits from internet connection.
This light and airy villa is decorated with a bright, modern, contemporary feel. Entrance is into the open plan living and dining room with patio doors leading to the terrace. A separate kitchen is well equipped for a self catering villa holiday. Each villa has three bedrooms with twin beds placed together. Two bedrooms are on the first floor and one is on the lower ground floor. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors to a furnished balcony with fantastic sea views. The second bedroom has twin beds and access to a separate shower room. The third bedroom is on a lower ground floor and has an en-suite shower room. The living room and bedrooms have air conditioning which is included in the price.
Patio doors from the living room lead to the sunbathing terrace which surrounds the electrically heated 9m x 4.5m salt water swimming pool which is accessed by ladder steps. The upper terrace from the master bedroom has a table and chairs from which to enjoy the views
