Minimum Stay\"what a fantastic time we had\"
Just returned from our second stay at the Villa Flora and what a fantastic time we had. The villa is furnished to an excellent standard with everything we could possibly need. We traveled with 2 very young children and we were all very comfortable at this home away from home. The villa is located within a very short drive to a beautiful clean beach, restaurants and supermarket which is very convenient. The pool is very clean and well maintained and proved very popular with our 3 year old son. The house is lovely and managed by an English couple who were on hand if we needed anything. I'm positive we will be returning very soon.

Well located house for a relaxing break!
We just recently stayed for a week at this house to celebrate my fathers 70th Birthday! The house was easily reached by taxi from the airport (approx 12/13 euros) and Helen met us there to help us with keys etc and was most helpful. The house was bright, very clean and a decent size with all that you would need for a weeks holiday. The house is in a residential area with a mix of British and local people. The area is served with a few small supermarket shops but if you want to do a bigger shopping you have to go to Caleta center - and it is a good 25 min walk (a walk that my Dad wasn't up to!) but you can get a taxi (and they are so clean and are always available for around 4/5 euros) We ate a few times in Caleta and would recommend Fado Rock, La Frasquita (Fischrestaurante). A great first trip to Fuerta and we will be back I hope sooner rather than later!! Plus a big thank you to Alexandra, the house owner, for making the booking process so easy!

A fantastic time
From the correspondence with the owners was first class. On arrival we were greeted by Helen with a welcome pack, containing water, milk, teas, and even a bottle of Champagne ! The rooms were very comfortable with again everything we needed. The best sun beds ever! I would say it is about 15 mins walk to the beach and shopping center. Further to walk into the old town, but a lovely stroke along the front with all the lovely bars and restaurants. We ate at a few restaurants but our favorite was the Fado Rock where the best lasagne, paella and Spanish omelette were served but also my friends were impressed with the meat dishes to. We did the island tour which we would recommend. This included a trip to the oldest church on the island, an aloe vera plantation where we given a lovely kneck massage, a stop at the old capital Betancuria, lunch , then on the way back a stop off at the sand dunes, well worth the money. A fantastic time for people needing a break!

A superb house with everything you could need
We spent 11 nights in this house, which had everything we could ask for. We are 2 adults and 3 teenagers. The house is very spacious with all of the appliances you need. The shops are nearby, a pleasant 15 minute walk downhill. We used taxi's 3 euros for the return journey, we used the free shuttle bus too, although they only run at certain times. The towels and beach towels were a bonus and the swimming pool is very nice although a little cold at this time of the year. The house has wonderful views of the golf course and the sea. The weather was fantastic and we all agreed that we will visit again!

A fabulous holiday and really enjoyed stay
Just to let you know, we had a lovely time at your villa. It was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed the views over the golf course to the sea, even better, you don't have to get out of bed to enjoy them through the bedroom patio doors. We hired a car which enabled us to see some of the island and also go into the centre and supermarket (think a car is a must). The restaurant recommendations were good, we enjoyed a very nice meal at the fish restaurant in La Salinas, the prawns in garlic were fabulous. Also enjoyed pizza at the Cafe Italiano (think that's what it was called) in the Atlantico centre, there "grande" pizza is sufficient for two people for a lunchtime snack. The Hong Kong chinese was also good. Nesta's caribean restaurant in Caleta de Fuste was fabulous, you need to be very hungry before eating here. We also received a very warm, friendly welcome from Helen. Your villa is very well equipped and comfortable (although both Keith and I did find the mattress a little uncomfortable in the main bedroom, it seemed to dip on both sides). Would also recommend some padded cushions for the patio chairs and benches. Your holiday lettings page doesn't indicate you have a hairdryer but you have, would add this. I took my own but could have left it at home. (Airlines in England are regularly reducing the luggage allowance). We didn't play golf at Fuerteventura Golf Club, the green fees are very expensive and the quality of the course was not in good shape (probably due to the long hot summer). We did travel to Playitas and enjoyed a really nice round of golf. The fees are lower and the course is good would recommend it to any of your future guests who are looking to play golf, it is worth the 30-35 car journey and the staff there were very helpful and friendly. Overall, we had a fabulous holiday and really enjoyed staying at your villa, it met all our requirements and I would definitely recommend it to others. The location is good for a peaceful relaxing holiday but with everything you need a short distance away. The holiday just went far took quickly!
